Mercruiser 260 Retrofit Exhaust Kit

Finally a performance based exhaust kit to replace those cast iron Mercruiser 260 manifolds. We've assembled this kit to bolt onto your Mercruiser 260 engine and keep all of your accessories in their stock locations. Loose over 80 pounds of weight while letting your engine breath. You can expect to gain 20 HP with our new center rise cast aluminum exhaust kit. We also included a new polished stainless steel thermostat housing to eliminate the stock 6 hose thermo housing. This system will fit directly back into your stock exhaust "Y" pipe. These systems include, (1) pair of polished aluminum manifolds, (1) polished stainless steel thermostat housing with a new 140 degee thermostat, (1) alternator bracket, (1) water/fuel separator bracket, (1) relay adapter bracket, 2 exhaust elbows, exhaust hose, clamps, bolts, gaskets, and fittings.
Manifolds are naturally polished. This system can be hard anodized and powdercoated for saltwater usage. See product options when ordering.

Note: Color options DO NOT apply to all products.The following colors only apply to billet aluminum parts that can be powdercoated or anodized. If a part does not have a "select color" box, it cannot be powdercoated or anodized.
Standard Powdercoated Colors: Black, Blue, Red, Purple, Teal. (3-5 Day Lead Time)
Custom Powdercoated Colors (Require a 3-4 week processing time): Dark Blue, Royal Blue, White, Black Chrome, Charcoal Metallic, Metal Flake Silver, Silver Metallic, Pumpkin Orange, Metal Flake Orange, DuPont Yellow, Wineberry, Burgundy, Lime Green, Clear Powdercoat.
Anodized Colors: Clear and Pewter (platinum gray color). (7-10 Day Lead Time)
